When you purchase the iCare Support Service from MacMan you get more than just piece of mind.  Your $129 annual subscription provides you with 5 in-home tech support service calls.  No matter how big or small the problem MacMan iCare service will come to your home and diagnose the problem and in most cases fix the problem on-site.  If the problem is hardware related and needs to be serviced MacMan will detail your repair options with you.  If you decide to have it serviced by a MacMan Certified Repair Technician you will receive a 10% discount off the normal price of repair.

You will also receive one annual tune-up with your iCare service.  We will update all the Apple Branded software on your computer and clean up the hard drive so that it runs fast and fresh again.  We use the same tools that Apple uses so you know it will be done fast, efficiently and most important--correctly.

iCare Technical Support Services annual rate provides you with support for one computer.  If you have more than one computer in your household you can buy up to four additional subscriptions for a discounted price.  Each license provides the same 5 in-home tech support calls to each computer registered with the iCare license(s).
